Mira and Adele explored Meijer Gardens with Grandpa,
arriving just in time to see lots and lots of butterflies.
The whole family went to the zoo
and even rode the incline up the "mountain."
The Children's Museum, another favorite in Grand Rapids.
And Nana treated Rana and Elena to a special ballet
workshop and performance for kids, which included
dance lessons, face painting, the show, and more.
Rana even won a copy of the book
on which the ballet was based,
Camille Saint-Saens's
The Carnival of the Animals,
which was signed by all of the performers.
