An Ice Cream Treat with Baba

Rana is thrilled that Najeeb is back 

from his trip to Saudi Arabia.

The two of them enjoyed a special ice cream treat 

after Kindergarten yesterday.

Rana's cut isn't bothering her. 

The doctors said that we can take the bandage off 

this weekend, but since it's all still sticking quite nicely, 

we may just leave it a few more days.

Skin glue instead of stitches? Yes, please!

Rana fell while playing this morning at the Kindergarten 

and hit her head on a baby doll stroller. 

She has a 3cm cut just above her left eyebrow 

that the doctors glued shut. 

We're thankful that it didn't require stitches and 

hoping it heals quickly without leaving too much of a scar.  

Rana is 3 Years & 7 Months Old!

Happy New Year!

Rana rang in 2012 with the people of Nepal, 

as it was midnight there when our celebrations

commenced at 7:30pm here in Marburg.

Candles, sparklers, confetti, treats and more

made our celebration official. 

We wish our family and friends around the world

 all the best for the new year!
