It's Raining, It's Pouring!
Rana and her buddy Mattis went for a walk in the rain, stopping to jump in every puddle they passed along the way!
Both of them were disappointed when the rain stopped! ;)

Farmer Ochse
Rana's daycare went on a field trip last week to a nearby farm. They had a blast playing in the hay, riding the tractor, meeting the donkeys and gineau pigs, collecting fresh eggs in the chicken coop, feeding the rabbits, and taking in all of the sights, sounds, and smells (!) of the farm.

Rana's 3rd Birthday Party
Rana celebrated turning three with three little parties!
The daycare threw her a party on her actual birthday, complete with a birthday crown, muffins, and little tatoos for each of the kids in her group. Then, we had a lovely pizza dinner on her actual birthday, which was pictured in the previous post. And this weekend, we threw a Winnie the Pooh party for her with a few of our friends.
Rana loved all of the Pooh decorations and gifts, especially the cake.
We went to the park to enjoy the sunshine and play some lawn games, too.

Anna's Visit
Our friend Anna came to visit and wrap up a few details at the university last week. We spent lots of time catching up, walking around town, and playing in the park with Rana, who was thrilled to see her Tante Anna again!
